Role: Early Years Educator

Location: Lambeth - nearest station Brixton
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Daily Rate: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)

A vibrant and supportive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. The successful candidate will work within Nursery and Reception, supporting children's learning and helping to create a safe, engaging, and inspiring classroom environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years Educator who is passionate about early childhood education and keen to make a real difference to children's development.

• Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum through play-based and structured activities.

• Create a positive and nurturing learning environment.

• Assist with planning, observations, and assessments of children's progress.

• Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic growth.

• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes.

• Previous experience as an Early Years Educator or in an Early Years setting.

• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

• Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent) is desirable.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
