Early Years EYFS Teacher

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator looking for an exciting opportunity in EYFS? If so, Milk Education is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Leeds and help nurture the youngest learners at the very start of their educational journey.

The hours of work are 08:30am – 15:30pm, Monday to Friday. This temporary role will commence in September or as soon as possible. The role will begin on a week-to-week basis, with the potential to become a long-term placement.

Your role & responsibilities:

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young children
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress and development
• Supporting children’s emotional and social development

• Working in partnership with parents and carers
• Maintaining excellent safeguarding and behaviour standards

Non-negotiables:

• A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE (with QTS).
• Experience or strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
• A nurturing, patient, and positive approach to early education
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, children, and families.
• Provide a safe environment for the pupils, enabling growth in social and learning development
