Early Years Lead - Key Details:

• Full-time Early Years Lead role starting in September 2025 through to July 2026
• Salary range from £42,536 to £50,288, dependent on experience
• Based in a vibrant, two-form entry primary school with an inclusive ethos
• Combination of class teaching in Reception and wider EYFS leadership
• Competitive pay to scale from day one as an Early Years Lead

Early Years Lead - The Role:

• Teaching a Reception class while leading the EYFS phase as a skilled Early Years Lead
• Supporting and mentoring EYFS staff to ensure outstanding practice
• Driving high standards in teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes across EYFS
• Creating a safe, stimulating environment that every Early Years Lead can be proud of
• Working closely with the SLT to embed the school's vision and values

Early Years Lead - The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential for this Early Years Lead role
• Strong experience within the EYFS phase, ideally with leadership experience
• An ambitious, motivated Early Years Lead with a passion for early education
• A reflective practitioner who inspires both children and colleagues
