Early Years LSA

Location: Lambeth - Near Streatham Station
Start Date: 15th September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Daily Rate: £90 - £105 (depending on experience)

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Lambeth, close to Streatham Station, is looking for a dedicated Early Years Learning Support Assistant (Early Years LSA) to join their team from September. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping children with additional needs to thrive in their early education.

As an Early Years LSA, you will:

• Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support for pupils in Nursery and Reception with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

• Adapt activities and learning materials to meet individual needs.

• Encourage social interaction, communication, and independent learning.

• Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and development in line with their EHCP targets.

• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider team to ensure progress and inclusion.

• Experience working as an Early Years LSA or in a similar SEN/EYFS support role.

• Knowledge of supporting children with additional needs, including speech, language, and communication delays.

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Competitive daily pay of £90 - £105, depending on experience.
