Qualifications: QTS, Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant degree
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Working within a collaborative Early Years team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education and care, supporting the unique development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued.
• Assist with classroom organisation, preparation, and daily routines, including snack and playtime duties.
• Take responsibility for the assessment and development tracking of assigned children.

Early Years Practitioner:

• A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, QTS, or degree-level qualification (graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
• A commitment to safeguarding and upholding high standards of care and professionalism.
