We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and community-focused Church of England primary school in Bradford, who are seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join their Reception/Year 1 team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early years provision and supporting children as they work towards their Early Learning Goals.

We can also offer this role on an Apprenticeship level, where the successful candidate will work towards their Level 3/ Level 4 Teaching Assistant/ Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a creative and engaging Early Years curriculum
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals
• Promote high expectations for all pupils and support their individual learning needs

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience within an Early Years or primary school setting
• Demonstrate a track record of success working with Reception or Year 1 pupils
• Be dynamic, proactive, and committed to modelling outstanding practice
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to continuous professional development and teamwork
• Bring a child-centred approach and a passion for making a difference
