We're looking for a confident and skilled practitioner to join our Early Years SEND Team-a dedicated group providing early intervention and statutory support for children with SEND.

What You'll Do
As an Early Years SEND Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting Early Years providers-including nurseries, preschools, and childminders-by:

• Conducting observations and identifying developmental needs
• Offering tailored advice and modelling effective strategies
• Supporting smooth and successful transitions into school
• Empowering settings to create inclusive, high-quality learning environments for all children
• Tracking progress and evaluating the impact of interventions

You'll manage your own caseload, working both independently and collaboratively with an experienced team, ensuring that children's needs are met in a timely and impactful way.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:

? Has hands-on experience working in an Early Years setting
? Builds strong, effective relationships with children, families, and professionals
? Is confident in using IT systems to monitor and report progress
? Can work flexibly across multiple settings, including Family Hubs and our central office at Gun Wharf
? Holds a full UK driving licence and is comfortable working in a mobile role
