About the Role:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

• Helping with the planning and preparation of creative and educational activities that encourage early development.

• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children.

• Providing individual and group support to children, catering to their specific learning needs and helping them reach their full potential.

• Assisting in observing and recording the progress of children and providing feedback to the teacher.

• Promoting positive behavior and supporting children in building their confidence and independence.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a passionate individual who:

• Has a love for working with young children and a commitment to supporting their development.

• Holds relevant experience in an EYFS setting (desirable but not essential).

• Has strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• Holds a relevant qualification in early years education (Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential).
