Are you passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and nurturing team.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide a stimulating and safe learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Helping to monitor and assess children's progress.
• Providing emotional and pastoral support to ensure children feel safe and valued.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working with young children (in a school, nursery, or childcare setting).
• A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ in Childcare, or equivalent).
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Desirable:

• First Aid qualification.
• Knowledge of EYFS curriculum.
