Contract: Full-time / Part-time available

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you passionate about supporting young children's learning and development? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive setting in Elephant and Castle.

About the Role:

As an Early Years TA, you will:

• Assist in delivering engaging activities that support children's development
• Provide one-to-one and group support for children's learning and wellbeing
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment
• Work closely with teachers and staff to support children's individual needs
• Support daily routines, including mealtimes, playtime, and personal care

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young children in an early years setting
• A caring and patient approach with a genuine interest in children's development
• Basic knowledge of the EYFS framework is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant childcare qualifications or willingness to train
