Early Years Teaching Assistant

Pay: £90-£120 per day

A nurturing, inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking a qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Reception team from September.

This role will involve working with children aged 3-5, supporting learning through structured play, phonics, and early literacy/numeracy activities. The position includes supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN), both on a 1:1 basis and within small groups, helping to promote communication, emotional regulation, and engagement.

Applicants must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification and have experience working in an EYFS setting.

The school has a strong reputation for inclusive practice and is rated 'Good' by Ofsted. The Early Years department is well-resourced, with a strong emphasis on learning through play, outdoor education, and personalised support.

Located in Brent, the school is easily accessible via the Jubilee and Bakerloo lines, as well as several local bus routes.

• Daily rate of £90-£120, depending on experience
