Randstad Digital is partnering with a global enterprise to onboard an experienced Business Systems Analyst. The business is undergoing a large-scale transformation programme focused on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), creating an exciting opportunity to lead critical systems integration across finance, supply chain, and customer operations.

This role will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams-translating requirements, configuring Oracle systems, leading testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), and supporting process improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and Oracle EBS configurations
• Lead system integration activities including testing, training, and implementation
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and minimal system customisation

The successful candidate should have the following core technical skills:

• Oracle EBS R12 expertise, especially in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance modules
• Functional configuration and system setup in Oracle
• SQL and PL/SQL proficiency
• Experience with EDI and integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems
• Knowledge of Oracle technical objects (reports, workflows, forms, custom programs)
• Experience with CRP, SIT, and UAT testing cycles
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS, ideally including:
  • Billing
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
    
    
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain industries is highly desirable
