Ecommerce Business Partner

I'm working on a brilliant opportunity for an Ecommerce Business Manager to join a business that's really investing in its digital offering. You'll be owning the UK ecommerce function across both B2C and B2B, driving performance, shaping strategy, and making a real impact.

• Taking full ownership of the ecommerce revenue and margin targets.

• Managing digital content, campaigns and customer journeys-working closely with the wider European digital team.

• Leading on multi-channel marketing activity (SEO, paid, social, affiliate, email-the full mix).

• Making sure UK requirements are fed into platform development plans and future releases.

• Building acquisition, retention and conversion strategies that drive results.

• Using analytics to track performance, spot trends and fine-tune campaigns.

• Collaborating across marketing, sales and ops to create a seamless online/offline customer experience.

• Managing one direct report.

• Strong ecommerce and digital marketing experience, ideally in a retail or multi-site setting.

• Confident working with budgets, data, and senior stakeholders.

• Commercial, hands-on, and someone who knows how to make things happen.

• Bonus if you've worked in B2B as well as B2C.

• Any automotive knowledge would be helpful but not a dealbreaker.
