Job Title: ECT - Primary Teacher (KS1 or KS2)
Location: Milton Keynes
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £135-£145
Contract: Full-Time, Long Term

Dunbar Education are working with a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Milton Keynes who are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2025. Whether you have a preference for KS1 or KS2, this school is committed to helping you develop as a confident and successful teacher with strong induction and mentoring in place.

What you'll be doing:

• Teaching a full-time class in either KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and preferences

• Planning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Engaging with experienced mentors and participating in a structured induction programme

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress while supporting individual needs

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to qualify by September 2025

• A positive, reflective, and proactive attitude to learning and development

• Passion for primary education and commitment to pupil progress

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the wider school community
