Job Description - Education Lawyer

Service care solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority, based in Greater London, which is seeking an Education Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress in your career and gain experience in the Adult Social Care industry.

This role pays a competitive rate of £33-£38 an hour umbrella depending on experience.

This role is on a 3 month contract with potential to extend & is hybrid working.

Responsibilities as an Education Lawyer:

Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, policies, and complaints.
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in education legislation.
Advise schools, universities, school boards, or private clients on education law matters.

About you as an Education Lawyer:

Strong advocacy and negotiation abilities
Excellent research and writing skills
Compassion and strong interpersonal skills when dealing with sensitive issues
