Education / SEN Solicitor – Locum Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Education / SEN Solicitor for a locum position with a well-regarded local authority legal team. This flexible opportunity offers remote or hybrid working and can be structured as full-time or part-time to suit the right candidate.

• Start Date: September 2025

• Duration: Ongoing assignment

• Working Pattern: Full-time or part-time

• Location: Hybrid or fully remote options available

• Hourly Rate: Negotiable, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and general education law matters

• Handle casework involving Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), tribunals, and judicial reviews

• Collaborate with internal teams, schools, and external partners
