Education Support Worker - Behaviour Support

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Hays are in partnership with a mainstream Secondary School who are seeking a committed Education Support Worker to support students with behavioural and emotional needs in a school setting. This job is ideal for someone with experience in education, youth work, or mental health support. They are looking for a dedicated Education Support worker that is available Full-Time and Long-Term.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support
• Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams
• Help create a safe, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience with SEMH or behavioural needs
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication skills
• Background in education or youth support (desirable)
