Educator

Prospero Teaching are seeking an experiencedEducator to provide high-quality, personalised 1:1 tuition for young people. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher (QTS) with severalyears of classroom experience who is now looking to branch out into other areas of education.

As an Educator, you will use your teaching expertise,subject knowledge, and interpersonal skills to support learners in achieving their individual goals and outcomes. You will design engaging learning sessions tailored to each student's needs.

What your role will include:

• Deliver 1:1 tuition sessions that are adapted to individual learning styles and abilities
• Complete weekly reports to monitor young people's progress
• Motivate and inspire learners to build confidence and resilience
• Apply classroom teaching experience to support wider educational development
• Collaborate with parents/carers to ensure continuity of learning

What we need from you:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with young people
• Strong subject knowledge (please specify your specialism)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:

• Hold right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide references upon request
• Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
