E-FX Application Support Analyst - Banking , SQL

eFX Application Support Analyst sought by leading investment bank based in London.

**Inside IR35 - 3 days a week onsite**

Join our Production Management team and play a key role in supporting critical business applications. As an eFX Application Support Analyst, you'll manage and maintain production environments, ensuring stability, efficiency, and seamless service delivery for our clients. Collaborating with development, infrastructure, and business teams, you will drive improvements and contribute to the success of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support applications in the production environment.
• Perform daily checks, monitoring, and regional handovers.
• Collaborate with teams to address issues and implement improvements.
• Assess risks and escalate production issues as needed.
• Participate in the deployment of new releases into production.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Production Support.
• Technical proficiency (SQL, Linux) and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with business applications and Problem Management Tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• FX/Markets Support experience is essential

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
