Electrical Project/Site Manager - Building ServicesLocation: Sunderland
Rate: Circa £30/hour

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Site Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in MEP building services, looking to take ownership of electrical works across commercial or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for electrical installations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintain site documentation, including RAMS and progress reports
• Monitor quality, timelines, and resource allocation
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical site management within building services
• SMSTS certification (essential)
• Additional H&S certifications (e.g., CSCS, First Aid, IOSH/NEBOSH) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
