Electrical Site Supervisor

• Contract Length: Minimum 4 months
• Working Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 (30-minute unpaid break)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor or Project Manager for a fixed-term contract based in Oxford. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing electrical projects up to £5M. The successful candidate will oversee the project operations, ensuring high standards of electrical safety and project management are maintained.

• Supervise and coordinate electrical activities ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and staff to meet or exceed project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with other contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide leadership and direction to the site team, fostering a positive work environment.

• First Aid certification.
• Valid ECS/CSCS card.
• SSSTS qualification.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or Project Manager on projects up to £5M.
• Minimum of 5 years in the electrical industry.
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395.
• 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (18th preferred).
• IOSH (desirable).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must have permanent right to work in the UK.

• Induction: A compulsory drug test is carried out during induction.
• PPE: Will be provided, but candidates must bring their own safety boots.
• Tool Storage: Secure storage for tools is available onsite.
