Job Description - Electrician

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent, with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of remedial work within tenanted properties.

The Electrician will receive:
  • Hourly rate £25 - £27
  • Van and fuel card provided
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity
  • Opportunity for call outs and development

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:
  • Remedial work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding
  • Work in void properties
  • Extractor fans, lighting, sockets & test and inspection
  • Call out rota (standby rate and pay per job)

We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • 18th edition, 2391 & AM2
  • Social housing experience
