Your new company
You will be working for a leading contractor in social housing throughout Manchester.
Your new role
You will be required to:

• Electrical Testing & Repairs: Conduct electrical testing, fault-finding, and remedial works in homes and facilities.
• Installations: Install domestic electrical accessories, extractor fans, external lighting, and perform rewiring tasks.
• Maintenance: Carry out routine and emergency maintenance, including portable appliance testing (PAT).
• Void Property Inspections: Inspect empty properties, record findings, and prepare work orders.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with tenants to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Electrical Testing
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous Social experience
