• To support the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across the facility ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and delivering high-quality service.

Client Details

• Working for a large public sector organisation based in Loughborough you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in both domestic and commercial settings

Description

• Maintain, repair, and replace electrical plant and equipment, including control systems for heating and ventilation.
• Carry out minor electrical installations in existing buildings.
• Use the FM asset management system to plan and record work.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow method statements.
• Liaise with contractors and respond to customer enquiries.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g., AM2, 18th Edition, Level 3, testing & inspection).
• Experience in electrical maintenance and installation.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
