Electrician Bury

• Location: Bolton, Bury
• Pay Rate: £25 – £27 per hour
• Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Join our public sector maintenance team as an Electrician, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and efficiency of electrical systems across various properties. This role is ideal for a meticulous and dedicated professional who is keen to apply their expertise in a dynamic environment.

• Perform electrical repairs and maintenance across diverse public sector properties.
• Execute electrical installation work compliant with BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
• Conduct thorough electrical inspections and testing, producing detailed reports and certifications.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently.
• Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain precise records of work completed and materials utilized.
• Collaborate with tenants, clients, and other trades to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Potentially participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.

• Full UK Driving Licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Completed Time-served Electrical Installation Apprenticeship.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the electrical industry.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• AM2 Certificate.
• BS7671 IEE Wiring Regulations – 18th Edition.
• City & Guilds 2391 – Full Inspection & Testing Certificate.
