Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a rewarding opportunity?

We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to join a dedicated Property Services team.

Working within the Planned Works team, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the safety, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems across residential properties. Projects include kitchen refurbishments, bathroom installations, and property adaptations such as wet rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installations and upgrades in line with current regulations.
• Conduct initial and periodic testing and inspections.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to complete high-quality refurbishments.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (C&G 2330, 2357 or equivalent).
• Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations (18th Edition).
• Qualifications in initial and periodic inspection and testing.
• Proven experience in domestic electrical work, ideally within housing or property services.
