Job: Electronic Assembly Operative 
Company: BAE Systems
Hourly Rate: £16.54 PAYE or £22.06 Umbrella
Location: Hillend - Dunfermline
Contract: 6-12 months (Opportunity to be extended)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, repair, and modify Radar, Avionics, and Underwater military products
• Work independently, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards
• Interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions
• Record product history and support process improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in assembly disciplines (e.g., wiring, PCB assembly, microelectronics)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Strong technical skills with ANSI J, IPC, or IPS qualifications (desirable)
