The ideal candidate

• BEd Degree in Primary Education
• Masters Degree in Leadership
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of and commitment to the IB World Curriculum
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with students, staff, families, and the community
• Enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility
