This is an exciting opportunity for an EMEA Payroll Specialist (interim to permanent position!) who is keen to embark on a new challenge. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in UK and EMEA payroll experience.

Description

EMEA Payroll Specialist (Temp to Perm!)

• End to end EMEA payroll operations.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Handle employee queries regarding payroll issues.
• Participate in payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

• Experienced with UK and EMEA payroll processing
• Local to Reading and happy to work within the office on a hybrid basis
• Strong communicator
• Happy to work independently as well as happy to collaborate within a team
• Strong Excel user
