Randstad is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Countess of Chester Hospitals NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for providing holistic nursing care to a diverse range of patients, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans
* Providing emotional and physical support to patients and their families
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
* Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
* Participating in ward meetings and professional development activities
* Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

Umbrella: £23 - £37 per hour

• Saturday/Night
• Sunday/Bank Holiday

• Nursing degree
• Valid NMC pin
• Minimum 6 months UK experience as Registered Nurse in the NHS.
• Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
• DBS on the update service
• Mandatory Trainings & Practical assessments (e.g., ALS, BLS, specific ward training will be provided)
