EMIR Business Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our leading financial institution to implement EMIR Regulatory projects focusing on Data Lineage, Data Transformation, and redevelopment of the Regulatory Reporting Operating Model.

• Lead change initiatives addressing regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives
• Manage project governance and facilitate working group meetings
• Develop controls to address gaps in regulatory reporting frameworks
• Create comprehensive project documentation (requirements, test plans, risk trackers)

• Experience with EMIR Transaction Reporting and regulatory change implementation
• Knowledge of OTC/ETD derivative products
• Proven track record implementing financial services projects, particularly in capital markets
• Experience documenting business and technology requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technology and business teams

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities at senior management level
• Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and Project
