At Cytiva (a Danaher company), we are dedicated to life-changing science - from pioneering therapies to diagnostics and advanced vaccines. We're seeking a thoughtful and commercially savvy Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to support our Amersham site and the wider UK ER Centre of Expertise.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver expert guidance on ER matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, flexible working, probation).
• Manage end-to-end ER casework - investigations, hearings, outcome letters, performance improvement plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with UK employment law, company policy, and the ACAS Code.
• Coach and train People Leaders on ER processes and best practice.
• Travel to UK Cytiva sites as needed (up to ~50%).

About you:

• HR professional with previous ER casework experience - perhaps from a Generalist or Advisor role, looking to specialise.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and proactive about staying updated.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills - capable of handling multiple cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean record.
