Employee Relations Advisor - Local Authority

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented ER Advisor on a Contract basis.

My client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ER Advisor to assist the delivery of a professional Human Resources Advisory and Policy service through the provision of wide breadth of support, administration, and record keeping responsibilities.

• Salary: £21+ per hour, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Assist in project work and contribute to the review of procedural systems and processes
• Provide generalist administrative support to the HR Team on all Employee Relations related matters to help ensure a customer focussed service
• Provide regular reports from systems and databases on progress updates, levels of work, individual caseloads, to help monitor performance
• To work flexibly across the service as and when required, to provide ad-hoc support to team and wider HR service on activities as required

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• CIPD Qualified
• Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures, processes and the relevance of employment legislation
• Local Authority experience is essential
