Join the team at Oldham Council as an Employment Services Officer. Working with a collaborative and support Employment Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all recruitment, transactional, and job evaluation queries and work requests are processed accurately and efficiently within defined timescales and according to policies and procedures.

• Ensure that all recruitment, transactional, and job evaluation requests are actioned, recorded, and completed in a timely manner while maintaining all relevant documents and records.
• Follow agreed compliance and audit steps as stipulated in policies, processes, and procedures as directed.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and close attention to detail and record-keeping to ensure the service meets and exceeds customer expectations and service levels.
• Handle onboarding and internal recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and internal role changes.

• Experience in handling recruitment, transactional, and job evaluation processes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all work processes.
