In-House Employment Lawyer - 12-month Contract - (Hybrid - London Central 2 days - Home 3 days) - Circa £75000 Per Annum

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading on complex employment litigation from start to finish, including tribunal advocacy and instructing Counsel.
• Drafting and refining employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Delivering commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders across the business.
• Supporting international operations by liaising with overseas counsel.
• Navigating a wide variety of legal challenges with creativity, pragmatism, and confidence.

What We’re Looking For:

• A solicitor with solid experience managing employment claims through tribunals.
• A sharp legal mind with excellent drafting, negotiation, and investigative skills.
• A confident communicator who can present clearly to senior leaders.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Bonus: Experience in other areas of law is a plus!
