We're offering a rare opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join a respected Employment & Pensions team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent chance to build your expertise in a supportive, specialist environment.

**Potential for a Permanent Position**

About the role:
You'll work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal claims (Respondent work)

• TUPE transfers, reorganisations, and settlement agreements

• Employee relations, including grievances, whistleblowing, and disciplinary issues

• Drafting contracts, policies, and advising on day-to-day HR matters
