Job Description - Employment Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known local authority based in West Yorkshire who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details regarding this role.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour
Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour

Responsibilities as a Employment Solicitor:

Give legal advice on employment law matters.
Draft and review contracts, policies, and employment-related documents.
To manage Employment Law caseload from start to completion.
To motivate and engage the team to create the right working environment to influence effective performance.

About you as an Employment Solicitor:

Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with relevant employment law experience and at least 3 years PQE in employment Law.
Previous experience working within the public sector.
Good communication skills and experience of dealing with equal pay claims
