Office mode - Hybrid Working 2 days in office 3 days WFH

A global consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead high-impact change and transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector. In this role, you will manage complex programmes, drive strategic change, and ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget-all while adhering to regulatory standards and internal policies.

As a Vice President, you will shape business strategy, engage C-Level stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable change. You will oversee governance, risk, compliance, resource planning, and reporting, ensuring seamless programme execution.

The successful candidate Should have the following

• Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional change programmes within Financial Services.
• Proven leadership and people management experience in large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing C-Level executives.
• Deep understanding of risk, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in change methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMP) and business transformation best practices.
