Qualifications & Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A relevant degree in English, Media Studies, or a related field
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and challenge students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Approachable, encouraging, and committed to supporting student success
