As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students in English lessons, helping them to develop confidence and proficiency.
• Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
• Assist students with additional needs, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide one-to-one or small-group support as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in English (or a related field).
• A genuine passion for education and working with young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt and support students with diverse needs and abilities.
• Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
