We are continuously seeking dedicated English Lecturers to join various educational institutions, including colleges, training providers, and universities across South Wales, Central Wales, Midlands, and East Anglia. This is an open and ongoing recruitment for professionals skilled in teaching English at various levels, including Functional Skills, GCSE, and A Levels, with specializations in English Literature and English Language.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver lectures in English subjects (Functional Skills, GCSE, A Levels, English Literature, English Language) according to the curriculum and educational level.
• Prepare educational material and coursework.
• Assess student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain records of students' progress, attendance, and grades.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Stay updated with developments in the field of English and in teaching methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in English or a related field; further teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in teaching English at various educational levels is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of English concepts and the ability to convey these to students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Flexibility to work with different educational institutions and adapt to their specific requirements.
