What the Role Involves:
* Delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, using pre-set work or your own planning (depending on the role)
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Ensuring pupils remain on task and complete set work
* Providing feedback to department staff where necessary
* Adapting to different school settings and building quick rapport with students

What We're Looking For:
* UK QTS-qualified English teachers
* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum at KS3 & KS4
* Recent secondary school experience (within the last year)
* A valid DBS registered to the Update Service
* Two years of references
* Passionate, flexible, and reliable educators
