Job Title: Part-Time English Teacher
Location: Worthing
Contract Duration: 2nd June 2025 to 13th June 2025 and 23rd June 2025 to 27th June 2025
Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction to secondary school students, ensuring full planning and marking responsibilities are met.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Assess and mark students' work, providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to undergo a new one.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
