Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Secondary English Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the English curriculum, a proven track record of inspiring students, and a commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment. ???

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. ????
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement. ???
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential. ???
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. ???
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, resources, and teaching materials. ????
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities. ??
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation. ????

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in English or a related field. ???
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ???
• A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English at the secondary level. ????
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment frameworks. ????
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ?????
• A passion for literature and language, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. ????
• Experience of integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning. ????
