Are you a innovative English Teacher with a drive to make a real difference in young lives? Aspire People are currently working with a nurturing and inclusive specialist school that supports pupils aged KS3 and KS4 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Teacher (QTS essential) to join a dedicated team who are committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential through tailored support and a holistic approach to education.

?? The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of SEMHD pupils.
- Adapt lessons to meet individual pupil needs, promoting engagement and progress.
- Provide a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, using formative and summative assessments to inform lesson planning and delivery.
- Work closely with support staff and wider school team to implement effective behaviour strategies.

? About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs or in alternative provision - desirable
- Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing, patient approach
- Ability to build trusting relationships and inspire confidence in young learners
