• Deliver engaging and dynamic English lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a love of literature, language, and communication skills through interactive teaching methods.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students.
• Participate in School-wide events, including extracurricular activities and parent-Teacher conferences.
• Contribute to the development of the English department and wider School initiatives.
  
  

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching English at secondary School level including Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
• A passion for inspiring students and nurturing their academic and personal growth.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
