An English Teacher is needed in an All-Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London.

This English Teacher position will be full time and fixed term.

Teaching for this English Teacher post will be for KS3 to KS5 classes.

You can still be considered for this English Teacher role if you don't have experience of teaching KS5 lessons.

The salary for this English Teacher position will be between £37868 and £56154, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A 'Good' All-Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form located in the London Borough of Bexley.

Years 7 to 11 are for girls only and Years 12 to 13 are mixed.

There are currently just under 1400 pupils enrolled.

The Principal makes sure to greet all pupils he sees by name which makes them feel appreciated.

Pupils say they don't feel judged if they get things wrong. They feel comfortable as they can rely on their peers and adults around them to support them in making progress.

Requirements

You're encouraged to apply if you're a recently qualified English Teacher or experienced English Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained English Teacher or overseas trained English Teacher.

• Right to work in the UK
• UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• Experience as an English Teacher in UK schools
