About the Role:
* Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Contribute to the wider life of the English department and school community

About You:
* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Have proven experience teaching English at secondary level
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about teaching
