Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons tailored to the needs of students with a range of special educational needs. You will play a key role in developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of SEN students.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with other staff members.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching English at the secondary level, preferably within an SEN setting.
• Strong understanding of special educational needs and strategies to support SEN students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
