English Teacher - Liverpool

Pay: £150 - £220 per day
Start: September 2025
Location: Liverpool

A set of our local secondary schools across Liverpool are seeking talented English Teachers for September. Whether your strength is creative writing, Shakespeare, or analytical essay writing - we want to hear from you!

These long-term roles offer the chance to join vibrant schools with supportive leadership teams and a real focus on academic excellence. Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties:

• Deliver English Language and Literature lessons across KS3 & KS4.
• Inspire a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support pupils with varying levels of ability, including SEN support.
• Plan engaging and inclusive lessons that meet national curriculum standards.

Must-Haves:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of English curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Passion for student progress and achievement.
